The 2022 Conifer enters sleek and tight, as if huddled up against a stone wall. Bright, focused acidity leads with a cranberry and raspberry leaf tea mélange, followed by a lift of pine needle. Tannins and acid cut cleanly across, revealing caper berry, tangelo, and white truffle. The finish hums with midsummer storm, squid ink, and white sage. There is only what is needed. Nothing more, nothing less.
